| To impress Stephanie, a young lady from the boutique, Granville claims he is an "executive". Meanwhile a salesperson is in for a shock when he tries to sell a vacuum cleaner to Arkwright. |

| Arkwright?s rude behaviour towards customers becomes even worst, so Granville and Gladys Emmanuel come up with a plan - they convince him that the Good Shop Guide inspector visit his shop. |
