New GP Dr Diana Dibbs arrives to take over the practice, but Martin is much more preoccupied with the other news - his aunt Joan died of a heart attack.

Pharmacist Mrs Tishell sees her chance to get closer to Martin since his relationship with Louisa seems to be a history.
